Junior Site Engineer-Residential/Commercial Projects

Reporting To: Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager Qualification : ITI / Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Language : Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. Salary Package : 15K – 25K About Us B&M Infra is a trusted general contractor and builder in Kerala, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial and specialized projects. With a strong focus on quality, transparency and timely execution, we are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to support daily on-site execution, documentation and quality monitoring. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work aligns with drawings, BOQ and project schedule. · Supervise site labour and subcontractors · Maintain accurate daily site reports and labour attendance. Maintain site registers, field measurement books and other documentation. Manage and guide site labour and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards. Monitor storage, usage and documentation of materials to minimize wastage. · Report progress, delays and quality issues to the Senior Supervisor/Site Manager. Ensure stage-wise inspections to enforce quality control at every phase. Enforce safety protocols, maintain site cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare and submit daily site reports, attendance records and progress updates to the Project Manager/ Sr. Site Engineer Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in construction sites • Basic understanding of drawings and site execution processes. • Strong discipline, willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions. Preferred Qualifications • Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation
