Your contributions will directly shape our suite of AI-powered products used by industry-leading enterprises. Requirements & Skills: Educational Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Professional Experience 2–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in full-stack development with exposure to AI/ML projects Demonstrated ability to build and deploy production-grade applications serving thousands of users Experience building AI-powered features or integrating LLM-based services into applications Frontend Expertise Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query) Knowledge of Next.js, server-side rendering, and static site generation Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, shadcn/ui) Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Backend Expertise Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js (Express, NestJS), Go, or Python (FastAPI, Django) Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO) Experience with payment integrations (Stripe, Razorpay) and transaction flows is a plus Database Knowledge Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) including schema design and query optimization Proficiency with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) for caching and document storage Understanding of database indexing, migrations, and performance tuning Experience with ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, SQLAlchemy) AI/ML Integration Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) Knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and multi-turn conversations Understanding of embedding models, vector databases and semantic search Familiarity with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus Basic understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and deployment concepts Scalability & System Design Understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies, and load balancing Experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS) and pub/sub patterns Ability to conduct system design discussions and architecture reviews Soft Skills A proactive, innovative mindset paired with a collaborative spirit Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Passion for staying ahead of technological trends and driving forward-thinking solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivered features
