We are expanding our retail experience at our Vikas Marg outlet and are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Store Manager to lead operations and drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning. • Manage a team of sales executives and ensure strong customer engagement. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Develop and execute in-store promotional activities and marketing initiatives. • Leverage digital marketing tools, ChatGPT prompts, and social media for lead generation and customer interaction. • Coordinate with head office for inventory, display, and branding updates. • Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service. • Analyze market trends, competition, and provide insights for improvement.Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics or home appliance industry. • Proven leadership and retail management experience. • MBA preferred, with strong business acumen and communication skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, online promotions, and ChatGPT or AI-based content creation. • Creative mindset with the ability to plan innovative campaigns to attract walk-ins. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.What We Offer: • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Opportunity to work with premium brands in a growing retail setup. • Modern, supportive work environment encouraging innovation.
