Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Saraswati Education Society's Yadavrao Tasgaonkar college of Engineering and Management (YTCEM) , located at Bhivpuri Road, in Karjat. The Principal will be responsible for the overall administration, leadership, and management of the college. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing academic programs, faculty recruitment and development, student services, budget management, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards. The Principal will also play a key role in community engagement and promoting the college's mission and values.
