The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable Python-based applications with a focus on AI/ML integrationWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate pre-trained AI models and build custom ML workflows using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learnUtilize OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Azure AI, or other APIs to build intelligent featuresOptimize performance of ML pipelines and ensure security, scalability, and robustnessCollaborate with data scientists, product owners, and DevOps teams for full lifecycle development Qualifications5+ Years of experienceNotice Period: Immediate to 15 days is preferred onlyLocation: Bangalore, IndiaRequired Skills4+ years of Python development experience in enterprise environmentsExperience working with AI/ML APIs (e.G., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI)Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model deployment, and REST API integrationHands-on with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for serving modelsExposure to LangChain, RAG-based architectures, or LLM fine-tuningExperience with data handling libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemyFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)Experience with CI/CD, Git, and agile developmentPrior experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk/Compliance AI solutions.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
