We partner with highly skilled therapists who believe in delivering respectful, evidence-based support — right where it matters most: in the child’s home.What This Role InvolvesWe’re looking for an experienced and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join us as a freelance partner and work directly with families in the Kondapur area. If you’re passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills through personalized, in-home therapy, this role offers you autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful impact.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at the client’s homeAssess the child’s strengths and needs; create individualized therapy goalsPlan engaging activities to build motor, sensory, and daily living skillsMaintain clear session notes and share updates with the Carely teamCollaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s careCommunicate with families in a respectful, supportive, and empowering mannerWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification preferred)Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)Strong communication skills and a warm, family-centered approachComfort working independently in home-based environmentsSelection ProcessShortlisted applicants may be invited for a paid demo session with the child. Compensation will be finalized beforehand to cover travel and time.CompensationCompetitive per-session rate based on experience and availabilityPayments processed directly by CarelyAdditional DetailsSession schedule and frequency will be finalized before assignmentAll coordination and communication will go through CarelyThis is a freelance/contract role with flexible hours and no monthly minimums
