Position Name - Finance Controller
Client is transforming the industrial health diagnostics space with a Digital First approach. We provide comprehensive solutions around Machine Diagnostics. Predictive Maintenance and Condi on Monitoring to the top engineering and process industries globally. Our promise is to deliver maximum Machine Up me, minimize Factory Disruption, and elevate Equipment Reliability for stellar factory performance.
Location - Pune
Experience - 8-12 years
Budget - 40 LPA
Summary:
1.Responsible for timely closing of monthly and annual financials as per US GAAPs and IGAAPs and timely audit completion.
2.Responsible for yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting and variance analysis as compared with actuals. Responsible for financial systems integration and upgrade.
3.Managing corporate finance, payroll, accounting, banking operations, tax, AR and AP functions
4.Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax team, lawyers, bankers, and suppliers for seamless financial management & operations
Finance Control, Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting:
1.Financial Performance (P&L and Balance Sheet) analysis of the company
2.Developing key financial analysis to help in business decisions and cost structure analysis
3.Financial Forecasting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis
4.Performs monthly forecasts against annual targets and actuals
5.Cost and profit projections and its monitoring, Tax planning
6.Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial
7.recommendations to Senior management
8.Presenting complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
9.Management reporting through publishing monthly MIS Reports and Dashboards for key
10.updates and highlights on business and financial performance to top management
11.Cost reduction by cross utilization and profit maximization
12.Work closely with Accounting/Finance team on creating innovative solutions to improve
departmental efficiencies
Commercial, Sourcing and Vendor Management:
1.Financial Validation of purchase and work Orders through verifying all commercial aspects, making cost impact analysis, Review of Vendors Ratings, and negotiate terms and conditions of the contracts
2.Designing and implementing sourcing and contracting strategy in consultation with
3.procurement, legal and taxation team to achieve cost optimization at all level and ensuring
its implementation across all states
5.Monitoring domestic and global RFQs and commercial quotes for sourcing
6.Supports to Vendors for getting empanel with the company, timely contract execution, compliance of all terms and conditions of the contracts, billings & timely payouts and account reconciliations
7.Dashboard and commentary for updates to top management on payouts committed (Budget/PR/PO) and payouts made (PO/Delivery/vendor billing and outstanding)
Financial Reporting, Investor Relations Management and Compliance of Companies Act
1.Preparation, Finalization and review of Financial Statement as per IGAAP and US GAAPs Accounting Standards
2.Variance Analysis of Financial Statements to provide feedback to top management on company performance
3.Preparation and publication of Financial Results to Investors
4.Preparation of Investor Presentations
5.Compliance under Ministry of Corporate Affairs such as ROC fillings, DIN application etc. and complying with similar regulations in the US.
6.Liaise with Statutory and Internal Auditors and ensure timely completion of Audits
System and Process Implementation:
1.Implementation of ERP
2.Simplification, Automation of manual processes and outsourcing of processes to improve Turn Around Time and ensuring cost optimization
3.Designing and Implementation of Internal Control Systems
Direct and Indirect Tax Compliances:
1.Ensuring compliances of applicable Direct tax (Income Tax) and Indirect taxes (VAT / GST etc.) in India and USA including tax planning to ensure tax optimization.
