This role supports high-volume periods during month-end, quarter-end, and Q4.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end Procurement Operations (Purchase to Pay cycle)Manage Purchase Orders, Contracts, Vendor setup, and payment processesRun complete RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP/RFT) cycles & support eAuctionsWork closely with Legal, Finance, IT & Global Procurement teamsNegotiate contracts, amendments, and manage scope changesSupport Category Strategy & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modelsManage vendor relationships & performance measurementPerform spend analysis, reporting, data analysis & compliance checks✅ Must-Have Skills (7+ Years Experience)Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Contract AdministrationRFx ManagementTactical SourcingBlocked Invoice ResolutionERP Tools: Oracle PeopleSoft & Coupa (P2P modules)Strong data analysis, reporting & documentation skillsExcellent written & verbal communication⭐ Nice to HaveHands-on Coupa experienceRFx execution via CoupaTactical buying expertiseKnowledge of import duties, customs & tax structures
