The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks with efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support (scheduling, email management, document preparation, data entry).Conduct research, gather data, and prepare analytical reports as required.Assist in tracking KPIs, preparing dashboards, and analyzing business trends.Manage and maintain records, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Analyst role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear format.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.Knowledge of data visualization (Excel dashboards, Power BI, Google Data Studio).What We Offer:Remote and flexible work environment.Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to business decisions.Competitive compensation based on experience.Growth and learning opportunities.
