Customer support: Resolve customer conflicts and provide customer support
Clerical tasks: Perform general clerical duties, such as updating paperwork and other internal documents
Errands: Run errands as needed
Skills 
Communication: Have excellent communication abilities
Attention to detail: Be detail-oriented to maintain office spaces and supplies
Organization: Have strong organizational and time management skills
Multitasking: Be able to multitask
Positive attitude: Have a positive attitude
Computer skills: Be proficient in common office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
