POSITION: CCTV Operator

Level: Executive (L-1)/Sr Executive (L-2)

Reports To: Admin Manager

Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Overview: We are seeking skilled and experienced personnel responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires vigilance in observing live and recorded footage, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with security personnel or law enforcement when necessary.

You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, technical proficiency with CCTV equipment, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain focus during extended periods of monitoring. Relevant licensing and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism are essential.

Education Qualification: Graduate/diploma in Engineering/BE.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring Surveillance Systems :

Observe live and recorded footage for unusual or suspicious activity and maintain continuous vigilance during assigned shifts.

  1. Incident Reporting

Immediately report security breaches or suspicious behavior to security personnel or management and provide accurate and timely information during emergencies.

  1. Record Keeping and Documentation:

Maintain detailed logs of incidents, observations, and system checks and Document any faults or malfunctions of CCTV equipment.

  1. Equipment Maintenance

Ensure CCTV cameras and related systems are operational and report technical issues for timely repairs or upgrades.

  1. Collaboration and Support

Work closely with security teams and law enforcement agencies as needed and provide recorded footage and evidence to assist investigations.

  1. Compliance and Confidentiality

Adhere to data protection laws and company policies regarding surveillance and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Monitor Live CCTV feeds to ensure security of premises
  • Report suspicious activities or security breaches promptly
  • Maintaining and sharing detailed log reports of daily system operations
  • Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning correctly
  • Follow company security protocols and maintain confidentiality
  • Assisting internal and external auditors, as well as government officials such as the police department, in their inquiries by providing access to CCTV recordings or copies of footage, whenever required as per OPO policy.
  • Possessing good communication skills
  • Coordinating with the IT/network team to ensure connectivity and system integration.
