Job Description

Brand & Identity - Taking the creative brief and evolving it into the future digital vision of the brand in a collaborative manner. Understanding the brand guidelines and its right implementation, helping to bring out the brand character with the right marketing strategy. Graphic Design - In depth knowledge of typography, color systems, layout and grid systems, iconography, infographics, and data visualization. User Interface Design - Understanding customer experience in various go to markets - B2C, FMCG, CPMG - is an essential. In addition to exceptional designing skills of Landing pages, Microsites, mobile site, mailers. Creative Production - 'No work is small' - kind of mindset. Retouching, Resizing & Productionising of various brand assets. This would include tasks like image manipulation, web-based high-quality asset creation, rich media banners, standard banners resizing, static banners creation, localization for various geographies to name a few.

Animation - Animation skills help bring to life the static world of design. So, you must be familiar with 2D Motion Graphic Animation, Micro Interactions, Gifs, and Frame by Frame classic 2D animation. Can coordinate with the video team and assist the developers to create the right animation. Print - From posters to brochures to roadshows to events - have sufficient knowledge from conceptualization to creation of print-ready files. Be able to work with creative leads and strategy partners in the blend. User Experience - Detailed research, understanding of user personas, knowledge of UX laws and principles so that one can bring meaning and value to its artworks in tune with data. Responsive Designing - Adapting design to various forms and applying the design systems to web or mobile screens and collaborating with the developers to ensure a smooth final delivery.
