Key Competencies & Skills Required :

Technical Skills :

- SAP FICO or SAP FS-CD (Functional Expertise)

- RICEFW Objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms)

- Domain Knowledge of SAP in Insurance, especially ICM and FS-CD

- SAP on HANA and SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

- Integration Knowledge between FICO and FS-CD

- Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow for incident and change management

- Knowledge of Fiori Apps for enhancing user experience

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FS-CD.

- Technical IT background with a focus on SAP financial modules and insurance domain.

- Experience in working within multi-location teams and effectively collaborating across geographies.

Process & Methodology Knowledge :

- Experience in ITIL processes, including Service Request Management, Change and Release Management, and Incident Management.

- Strong understanding of SAP Insurance Functions, including integration of ICM and FS-CD with FICO.

- Hands-on experience in configuration of Master Data and Transaction Data within SAP FS-CD.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Fiori Apps for better user interfaces and improved application accessibility.

- Experience with SAP FICO & FS-CD knowledge specifically in integration and configuration.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- SAP Certification in FICO or FS-CD is an added advantage
