About the Role

Hi-Tech Digital Solutions, through its CSR initiative Anterdhawani, is committed to making a positive impact on lives through community-focused healthcare programs. We are actively working in the areas of spondylosis and arthritis treatment and awareness — offering access to care and educational outreach for chronic condition management.

We are hiring a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to lead and expand our patient engagement and public health efforts under Anterdhawani.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients through NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, psychologists, and local healthcare providers for referrals.
  • Represent Antardhwani in outreach events, mental health drives, and webinars to raise awareness.
  • Organize health awareness camps, community drives, and patient education sessions
  • Build partnerships with clinics, NGOs, hospitals, and wellness centers
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatment
  • Track outreach metrics and support CSR reporting



What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs (hospital/NGO)
  • Experience in chronic disease, orthopedic, or rehab programs is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English), compassionate approach
  • Familiarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization
