Technical Skills :

Core Requirements :

- 12+ years of applied experience in AI and ML, with a minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional AI/ML projects that directly impact business outcomes.

- Advanced experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) with advanced knowledge of the entire ML development lifecycle.

Required Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience :

- Bachelors Degree with 14 years of experience in data analytics, or Masters Degree with 12 years of experience in data analytics.

- Hands-on experience in Python and SQL

- Experience in working on Credit Cards, Retail Large Financial Clienting products

- Experience working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevant programs and coding.

- Strong background in Statistical Analysis.
