Job Summary:

At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for Technical Writer rock stars for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  • Analyze existing and potential content, along with focusing on reuse.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture
  • Writes and edits information to industrys standards
  • Spends time to gain operational and architectural knowledge of assigned products, with strong focus on domain
  • Attends relevant meetings and training sessions to gain operational and functional knowledge of product, tools, processes, domain and technology

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 9 Years

Role: We have multiple roles – the final role will depend on the candidate's experience and credentials

Education: Any degree (preference will be given to the M.A candidates with specialisation in Mass Communication / Literature / Linguistics)
