Position: DBA Engineer

Employment: Full time

Mode of Work: Hybrid (Mon-Wed)

Role Type - Hybrid (3 days a week from office- Mon to Wed)

Location - Bannergatta Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Payout will be managed by the client

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Interview Rounds - 4

Skills : SQL Server, AWS, TSQL, Production Environments

Job Description

This role's main responsibilities are to design and develop data flow solutions that support our ETL processes. Our goal is to make data easily accessible and actionable to the company's various stakeholders, so you will need an understanding of the business and your impact on it.

As a DBA/Data Engineer you will be responsible for:


• Designing and developing processes and data driven solutions.


• Working with high scale databases and providing full solutions from design phase, through development and up to implementation and deployment.


• Implement Cloud-based Data tools (e.g. AWS Quicksight).


• Working with various stakeholders and applications across the company


• Monitor our production environment and troubleshoot all aspects of it.

From Backups, Statistics, index maintenance, partitioned tables, users and permissions; Through writing stored-procedures, triggers, views, SQL Jobs etc. all the way to performance tuning and optimizations.

This job is for you only if you have:


• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, large scale.


• Strong background in writing TSQL queries and procedures


• Hands-on experience managing production environments.


• Experience with: SSRS, Tableau or PowerBI - Advantage.


• Experience in NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, AWS DocumentDB, MongoDB) - Advantage.


• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - Advantage.


• Fluent English

This is a Hybrid role. Bengaluru talents preferred.
