Guidewire Developer

Job Title: Guidewire DeveloperLocation: Remote/ 6PM-2PM IST (Flexible)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in Rating, PolicyCenter, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Guidewire solutions to support business needs within the P&C insurance domain. Guidewire ACE Certification will be considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter modules with a focus on Rating and Policy functionalities.• Implement and maintain integration solutions between Guidewire and external systems using GOSU, Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and messaging frameworks.• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, coding, and unit testing.• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.Required Skills & Experience:• 4+ years of experience in Guidewire Development with focus on PolicyCenter and Rating.• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration (GOSU, Java, REST/SOAP, Messaging, Batch processes).• Solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Preferred / Nice to Have:• Guidewire ACE Certification (PolicyCenter or Integration track).• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).• Knowledge of BillingCenter or ClaimCenter
