Role: Senior Automation Testing Experience: 03-06+ Years Location: Chennai Job description About the Role We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation strategy, script development, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java . Build and enhance automation frameworks using TestNG / JUnit / Maven / Gradle . Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test coverage. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and provide detailed defect reports. Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitLab / GitHub Actions . Perform regression testing and support continuous testing efforts. Identify areas for automation improvements and help enhance testing efficiency. Work with APIs and perform API test automation using tools like RestAssured / Postman (optional). Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver and Java . Good understanding of OOP concepts and Java debugging skills. Experience with TestNG/JUnit , Maven/Gradle , and Git . Solid understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data-driven, BDD). Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
