EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Architect,Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Windchill PLMenvironment to enhance engineering and manufacturing processes,ensuring alignment with agile project management principles foriterative and incrementaldelivery.
  • Customizeand configure Windchill tools, including PDMLink, ProjectLink,PartsLink etc modules, Web services & REST APIs, with a focuson Windchill & ThingWorx configuration andintegration.
  • Demonstratestrong customization skills in Listeners, Data Utility, RuleAlgorithm, Form Processor, Delegates, Validator, Filters, Builders,Resources, custom Action Models & JSP Pages, OOTB Type &Attributes, Lifecycle, Workflow, OIR, Preference configuration,ACL, CAD Templates. Lead site implementation/deployments fromscratch.
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT, andquality), PLM Productowners.
  • Develop andmaintain workflows, templates, and other customizations within theWindchillenvironment.
  • Ensurethe integrity and security of PLM data, incorporating riskmanagement strategies to identify and mitigate potential securityissuespromptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
  • At least 4years of experience in Windchill PLM development, customization,andadministration.
  • Strongunderstanding of PLM concepts and product developmentprocesses.
  • Proficientin Java, JavaScript, HTML, and XML. Knowledge of SQL is aplus.
  • Experience withWindchill APIs and Web Services for integration with otherenterprisesystems.
  • Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or aspart of a team.
  • Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toconvey complex technical information to non-technicalstakeholders.
  • Familiaritywith Agile and Lean methodologies isbeneficial.
