Company: Atomic North Pvt LtdJob Title: Salesforce Field Service QALocation: Bangalore/ChennaiMode: Hybrid (4 Days in a week)Duration: Full Time Shift Timing :- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**Field Service(FSL) exp is mandatory****Excellent Communication Skills**Responsibilities:Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for Salesforce Field Service implementations, configurations, and integrationsValidate field service workflows, dispatch logic, mobile technician experiences, and service appointment managementCollaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and end-users to ensure feature completeness and functionalityParticipate in requirement reviews to provide QA insights and testability feedbackPerform regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) supportIdentify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similarEnsure testing is aligned with Salesforce best practices, release schedules, and business goalsWork with test data creation and environment validation to support accurate and efficient test cyclesParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-upsQualifications:5+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years testing Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce Service CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, validation rules, and process automationExperience testing mobile experiences (iOS/Android) related to field service use casesFamiliarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.G., Jira, TestRail)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams
