Position: QA Engineer (SaaS & Automation)


Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing of SaaS-based web applications.
  • Perform backend database testing, including data integrity, migration, and query validation.
  • Validate and optimize search functionality leveraging Elastic Search.
  • Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards to monitor test outcomes and performance KPIs.
  • Implement and execute automation testing frameworks using Puppeteer and Playwright.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  • Document and track defects with clarity, working closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Continuously optimize QA processes for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

Required Skill Set

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in SaaS product and web application testing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in backend database testing.
  • Practical experience validating search with Elastic Search.
  • Ability to design and maintain Grafana dashboards.
  • Proficiency in automation testing using Puppeteer and Playwright.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience testing LLM-based agents and AI-driven systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in SaaS/web applications.
  • 2+ years of automation testing experience with Puppeteer/Playwright.
  • Strong exposure to backend database and Elastic Search testing.
  • Cloud knowledge in AWS/Azure environments.
  • Certifications in QA, Automation, or Cloud (preferred).
