Job Description

We are looking for a SQL Developer with strong query-writing skills and a solid understanding of requirements to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • SQL Development: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and application development.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Design efficient database structures, including tables, indexes, and relationships.
Requirements
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that database solutions meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across databases and systems.
  • Monitor and improve database performance through indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning techniques.
  • Analyze and resolve database-related issues, including slow queries and deadlocks.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and project managers to deliver robust database solutions.
  • Assist in code reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an SQL Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cloud-based databases, such as Azure SQL Database.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
