We are currently seeking a PM with Core Banking Consultant to join our team in pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

work on core banking projects, and their responsibilities include planning, managing, and reporting on projects

Responsibilities 

  • Planning: Create plans that consider milestones, dependencies, and resources
  • Managing: Manage project teams, performance, and risks
  • Reporting: Create reports for stakeholders and management
  • Tracking: Track progress, issues, and dependencies
  • Delivering: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicating: Communicate with stakeholders and management
  • Leading: Lead teams and drive business decisions
  • Mentoring: Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise
  • Problem solving: Remove blockers and create pathways during uncertainty

Experience 

  • Knowledge of banking technology systems, such as core banking, payment systems, and digital banking
  • Experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience in managing complex programs and projects
  • Experience in leading multi-regional and global stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
