About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Webinar Promotion Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and promotion of high-impact webinars. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance-driven marketing execution to maximize registrations and attendance. You will be responsible for managing timelines, aligning internal teams, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring flawless delivery of virtual events. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end webinar projects from concept to post-event reporting Create and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social media, and paid channels Coordinate with internal marketing, design, sales, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution Build and manage event timelines, workflows, and project trackers Drive audience acquisition, registrations, and live attendance metrics Manage webinar platforms, landing pages, and registration workflows Handle speaker coordination, rehearsals, and event-day logistics Track campaign performance and optimize promotion strategies for higher ROI Prepare post-webinar analytics reports including attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in webinar marketing, event management, digital marketing, or project management Proven experience in managing virtual events and promotions Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex, or similar tools Hands-on experience with email marketing, LinkedIn promotions, and marketing automation tools Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset Why Join Us Opportunity to lead high-impact digital events and brand visibility initiatives Work with cross-functional, high-performing teams Clear growth pathways and leadership opportunities
