Our proprietary product, Dashna, is an advanced analytics and advertising automation suite that provides sellers with real-time data insights, automated advertising strategies, and robust management tools. By leveraging Dashna, our clients gain a competitive edge, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer (React) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and enhancing the user interface of Dashna, ensuring it is intuitive, responsive, and scalable. You'll work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.

  • Implement responsive designs to ensure Dashna functions flawlessly across various devices and browsers.

  • Design and implement scalable front-end architectures to handle growing user bases and data volumes.

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

  • Work with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance application speed and scalability.

  • Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and other optimization techniques.

  • Develop unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and Enzyme.

  • Debug and resolve technical issues across the front-end codebase.

  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance user experience and application scalability.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional front-end development experience.

  • Extensive experience with React, including hooks, context API, and functional components.

  • Proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications.

  • Proficient with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Experience optimizing applications for speed and scalability using tools and techniques like Webpack bundling, code splitting, and lazy loading.

  • Proficient with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Python and Django.

  • 8+ years of experience in front-end development.

  • Prior experience working in a startup environment.
