Please apply only if you have the right computer system to work on for this role.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging static and motion content across digital, social, and media platforms. In this role, you’ll create compelling video and graphic assets that tell stories, drive engagement, and elevate the brand — while leveraging AI tools to boost creativity, speed, and scale.Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics (social media posts, ads, reels, explainers, YouTube shorts, product demos, banners, branding assets)Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic, fresh, and platform-specific visual narrativesCollaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to develop cohesive campaignsOptimize assets (static and motion) for multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, , YouTube, etc.)Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI-driven content trends to keep assets innovative and relevantIntegrate and experiment with AI design and video tools (e.g., Sora, Google veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber, or similar) to enhance workflow and creativityBalance creativity with speed and brand alignment, delivering both static and motion assets efficiently across formatsQualificationsProven experience in creating both static designs and motion/video content for digital marketingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)Strong understanding of design and animation principles — layout, timing, typography, transitions, color theoryFamiliarity with digital media formats, social platform specs, and optimization best practicesExperience working with AI-assisted design and video tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber)Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate static visuals into engaging motion contentBachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environmentMandatory prior experience in the digital marketing industryCompany DescriptionAt id8 Digital, we empower brands with strategic digital solutions, specializing in customized marketing strategies designed to achieve success in the digital landscape.
