Reports To: Lead Growth Marketing
Summary:
The Senior Manager - Campaigns is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns for North America. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with Bridgenext's overall business goals. This is a Pune-based position, and local candidates will get preference.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Development: Develop integrated marketing campaigns that promote Bridgenext's offerings. Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, including audience segmentation, messaging, content development, and channel selection. Coordinate campaign execution across various channels, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, events, and content marketing. Content Creation: Work closely with the content marketing team to create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and webinars, to support campaign objectives. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization. Continuously refine campaign strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and creative services, to align campaign initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. Campaign Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports and present findings to senior management. Provide actionable recommendations for future campaign improvements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management for software products, platforms, or services companies Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot or similar automation tools Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:
