About the Role:We are looking for an ambitious

Enterprise Sales & Business Development Executive

to join our team, focusing on driving growth through new business acquisition and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AV (Audio Visual) solutions sales, and a strong ability to develop strategies for targeting enterprise clients. This role is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a passion for innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Business Acquisition (80%):Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the AV & audio-visual industry.Build a solid pipeline by generating leads, conducting outreach, and networking within the enterprise space.Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to present and position AV & audio-visual solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFPs to key decision-makers.Close sales, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely execution of deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Existing Client Management & Relationship Building (20%):Nurture and manage relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and maintaining strong client rapport.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional AV & audio-visual solutions to current clients.Market Research & Strategy Development:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AV technologies.Develop sales strategies and go-to-market plans for targeting specific verticals or enterprise segments.Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and market demands.Reporting & Sales Metrics:Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking metrics.Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status to senior management.Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements to optimize sales efforts.

Desired Skills & Experience:Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in the AV/audio-visual industry or related technology sectors.Sales Expertise:

Proven ability to acquire new business, develop sales strategies, and close complex deals with enterprise clients.Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of AV solutions and their application in enterprise settings.Client Relationship Management:

Ability to manage relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.Negotiation Skills:

Strong negotiation abilities with experience closing high-value contracts.Self-Starter:

Results-oriented with the ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Prior experience in AV technology sales, B2B sales, or related sectors is highly preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-driven environment.
