We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions to our clients.We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Project Manager who excels at remote team management, thrives on analyzing competitors, and knows how to grow lead-generating sites, looking for an opportunity to make an impact. We are a collaborative, results-oriented team, supporting top-tier financial technology platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Lead web development & optimization projects for financial websites - Manage SEO/SEM and social media campaigns to boost traffic and generate leads - Oversee and coordinate remote teams (development, marketing, SEO/SEM) across countries & time zones - Analyze competitor sites to recommend and implement best practices, tools, and strategies for site growth - Deliver results in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines - Ensure compliance with U.S. financial industry standards and regulationsRequirements:- At least 4-5 years experience in project management for web/digital/financial domains - Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics (SEO, SEM, social media platforms) - Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver projects independently - High attention to detail, strong multitasking, and data-driven decision-making - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Hands-on experience with project management and analytics tools (Asana, Jira, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.) - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field  - Must be available for collaboration with U.S. teams during overlapping business hours (PST)What We Offer:-Competitive base salary (no bar for the right candidate with the right skills).-Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.-A positive and collaborative work environment.-Opportunities for career growth and development.Interested candidates should submit their resume and availability to manya@oxale.com.
