We are looking for a certified HCC Medical Coder with experience in risk adjustment coding. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and CMS HCC guidelines.

Eligibility:

Candidates from Only Life Science backgrounds (B.Pharm, Microbiology, Biology, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Review and Analyze medical records to assign accurate HCC codes.
  • Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client specifications.
  • Meet daily/weekly coding productivity and quality goals.

Requirements:

  • CPC, CRC, or CCS certification (AAPC or AHIMA) Must
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HCC coding
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
