Job Title: Test Manager

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 10 to 18 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Maximum

Core Skills Required: Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, Core Banking expertise

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Core Banking modules - like – Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS BaNcs. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Function paths and a deep understanding of core banking modules in their current or recent projects within the last 6 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze functional requirements from BRD documentation.
  • Prepare and review test scenarios, test plans, and execution.
  • Conduct manual and automated test execution.
  • Log and track defects to closure, managing defect workflows.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and handle a team effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to travel; strong client-facing and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, and Core Banking systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Retail Banking and Corporate Banking modules.
  • Strong skills in designing and reviewing test scenarios, cases, and execution processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to document issues, generate reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Adaptable and responsive to client needs.
  • Professional certifications are an added advantage.
