The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize admissions, continually evaluating and refining approaches to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business development and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive lead generation and conversion approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, and conversions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry.
  • You have working knowledge of Sales
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
