Job Overview

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture. And also have exposure of digital marketing (Maintaining Company Social Media Channels).

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintaining company social media channels with company achievements and promotions
Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and career development programs.
HR Policies & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and handle documentation efficiently.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Conduct employee workshops on HR policies, workplace ethics, and productivity.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits management.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
