Job Title: Associate-Client Success PartnerThis role is for the Business Unit of ValueMomentum - WhiteCoats.Years of Experience : 1 to 3 Years.Location: Hyderabad.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary SPOC for assigned hospital/clinic clients.Coordinate delivery of digital marketing services (website, SEO, social media, ads, content).Manage client communication, expectations, timelines, and updates.Track deliverables with internal teams (design, SEO, ads, development, content).Conduct onboarding calls and manage digital setup (GMB, social pages, website inputs, etc.).Share weekly/monthly reports and explain key performance insights.Drive renewals by maintaining account health and initiating discussions on timeWhat We’re Looking ForBBA/MBA graduate (preferred)Strong communication & relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of digital marketing workflows (SEO, social media, ads, websites)Good coordination, problem-solving & multitasking abilityProficiency in Excel, PPT & CRM toolsProactive, organised, and client-focusedAbout ValueMomentumValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, supported by deep domain and technology capabilities.
