Role Overview – Product Growth Manager This is a hybrid role combining: Product Management Product Marketing Growth Strategy UI/UX Supervision Data-led decision making You will work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Community & Design, owning both what we build and how users adopt it. Growth-Focused Product Ownership Define product requirements & feature roadmaps Lead the development of engagement, onboarding & retention features Translate user insights into product improvements Run experiments (A/B testing, funnels, hooks, loops) 2. Product Marketing & GTM Execution Build product messaging, positioning & launch plans Create onboarding flows, activation systems & engagement campaigns Work with design & marketing to craft content for launches Manage communication across web/app/email/in-app 3. Data & Insights Analyze user behavior and product metrics Identify bottlenecks in funnels (signup → onboarding → activation) Recommend improvements backed by data Use analytics tools, dashboards & feedback loops 4. UI/UX Collaboration Create or supervise wireframes, prototypes & design flows Ensure high-quality, user-centric interfaces Manage UX testing & adopt feedback rapidly 5. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Tech, Design, Marketing & Community teams Lead sprint planning, standups & feature releases Build scalable processes for product & growth execution 6. AI-Enabled Execution Use AI tools for: Wireframes User flows Prototyping Data insights Documentation Testing Research (Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience 3–5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing or Growth Roles Tech understanding: React, Node, API flow, Databases, App lifecycle Built or managed web & mobile apps Strong UI/UX sense Experience in startups or fast-paced product environments Experience with social media, SaaS, gaming, marketplace, networking, or discovery platforms Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams & cross-functional coordination Bonus (Strong Advantage): Experience designing prototypes with AI tools Experience scaling a community or user base Experience managing marketing funnels Knowledge of Firebase, Figma, GA4, Mixpanel, and Amplitude Strong presentation & storytelling skills Why Join Atives?
