Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ui Ux Designer based in Ahmedabad. The Ui Ux Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to improve usability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into functional designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem-solver, proactive team player, and have a passion for creating intuitive digital designs. Qualifications Experience with User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principlesStrong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools (e.G., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to optimize design solutionsUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform usabilityProficiency in communication, collaboration within cross-functional teams, and problem-solvingExperience with design systems and style guidesBachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
