The ideal candidate will architect ultra-low latency network solutions tailored for regulated financial environments, driving innovation, resilience, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ACI architecture, fabric design, migration, and multi-site deployments.Define ACI policy models, multi-tenancy, segmentation, and integrate with security and load-balancing ecosystems.Govern ACI lifecycle management, SDN roadmap, micro-segmentation strategy, and automation frameworks (Python / API / Ansible).Act as the final escalation point for critical network incidents in high-frequency trading environments.Ensure fabric resilience, disaster recovery design, zero-downtime change governance, and regulatory audit compliance.Collaborate with CIO, Cybersecurity, and Platform Heads to align network strategies with business continuity goals.Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, latency optimization, and proactive fault analytics using NAE/APIC insights.Engage with OEMs and stakeholders for technology refresh, RFP evaluations, and strategic network modernization initiatives.Mentor L2/L3 operations teams, providing architectural direction and technical governance.Technical & Leadership Requirements16+ years of experience in Data Center & Network Architecture, with proven Cisco ACI fabric leadership.Expertise in VXLAN EVPN, APIC policy abstraction models, and multi-site architecture.Experience in BFSI or stock exchange-grade networks with ultra-low latency and strict SLA environments.Strong exposure to automation, API-driven operations, ITIL processes, and fabric security segmentation.Demonstrated leadership in engineering governance, RCA approvals, and design sign-offs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level collaboration.Preferred CertificationsCCIE Data Center / Cisco ACI Expert-Level Certification / DCACIITIL Expert or TOGAF / Architecture Governance Certifications (Preferred)
