Product Engineer- Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling software products within the healthcare or RCM industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and engineering to translate customer needs into robust and scalable solutions.

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software products for healthcare or RCM platforms.

● Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and system architecture.

● Build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using modern technologies and best practices.

● Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and supporting team growth.

● Implement and optimize multi-agent systems, AI-driven workflows, and full-stack solutions to solve complex healthcare challenges.

● Work on cloud-based architectures, microservices, and real-time data pipelines.

● Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation are aligned with industry standards.

● Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience and platform performance.

● Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare, machine learning, and software engineering.

Requirements:-

●2-4 years of experience in product engineering, software development, or related roles.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

● Certifications or specialized training in cloud computing, machine learning, or web technologies are a plus.

● Proven experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or RCM platforms.

● Expertise in system design, cloud architecture, and scalable web applications.

● Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.Js), and familiarity with frameworks like Node.Js.

● Experience building AI-driven solutions, large language model (LLM) applications, or agent-based architectures is a plus.

● Familiarity with big data tools, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

● Experience working with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

● Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and debugging skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in agile environment

Preferred Skills

● Experience in microservices, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps pipelines.

● Knowledge of data privacy laws (HIPAA), healthcare compliance, and secure coding practices.

● Experience with AI/ML integrations, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics.

● Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
