Job descriptionPosition : Assistant Manager / Manager Functional Area : Managing D2C, B2B & B2B2C channels for Partners and Client acquisitionFunctional Role : Business Development & Business Operations Reporting to : Co-Founder Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :  Ensure full support to Consultants & Co-founders for securing partners & UsersManage B2B & B2B2C partners for Example -  Hotels, Villa & Apartments aggregators, PMS tech co; Concierge service co; Exhibition Organizers, Affiliate partners etc.   Marketing collateral creation (via designer), development (via vendors) & Deployment (via consultants) + ensure its on schedule.Manage smooth Integration with Property management System (Tech for Hotels) and concierge services platforms (partner) Create & Manage MIS for all business channels & TasksInfluencer sourcing, signing and execution management (D2C) Ensuring timely Content creation for digital marketing with Content Creator and social media manager. (D2C)Identifying & Sourcing Images, Videos and other material for Marketing (D2C) Manage social proofing tasks - PR articles agency, GMB ratings etc. (D2C)Ensure Timely delivery of tasks assigned to Agencies, consultants & associates.    Officiation : in Office @ Commerz2 Goregain East  Work Hours : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (subject to work load and Timelines) Saturday may be partly/fully working if there is something urgent & important to be done.  Joining Date : Earliest Possible*** You may choose your association with us i.e. as a Consultant or an Employee Pre-requisitesMinimum 3 years and max 7 years experience in similar Role within Travel and/or Media industry.MBA in Marketing or Travel Management preferredHighly ambitious - seeking to grow with the companyDynamic & energeticShould be able to work independently as well as capable to manage a team of professionals.Effective interpersonal & communication skillsWorking experience on Google workspace and MS Office is a must.Tech Savvy This role requires someone with a fair understanding and work experience in media operations and Travel Tourism Business Development.
