Curriculum Scope:

The candidate is expected to have expertise and teach, though not limited to, the following subjects at the undergraduate level.

• Mathematics for Computer Science
• Discrete Mathematics
• Linear Algebra
• Advanced Calculus
• Optimization
• Probability & Statistics

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Mathematics (Pursuing/ Completed)
• At least 1 year of Previous experience teaching university-level mathematics courses to Engineering students. (UG/ PG level)
• A strong passion for teaching and mentoring, dedicated to fostering student success.

Skills (Must Have) :

• At least 1 year of teaching/training/industry experience in Mathematics at the University Level.
• Deep understanding of Advanced Engineering Mathematics and its real-world applications.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Passion for mentoring B.Tech students and driving impact.
• Solid expertise in Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, Optimization, Advanced Calculus, Probability & Statistics, and Mathematical Foundations.
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. (Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack is a plus).
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms to interact with students.
• Empathy, ambition, and the ability to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of AI/ ML, Data Science, and Optimization.
• Research exposure/ experience in applying Mathematics in the CSE/ Tech Industry.
• An innovative approach to problem-solving and adaptability to different learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to structure lessons and assessments effectively.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles & requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset.
• Openness to constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A sense of ownership, initiative, and drive for delivering high-quality teaching outcomes.
• Familiarity with software tools for mathematical analysis or graph representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Instruction and Student Support:

• Deliver daily in-person classroom teaching on mathematics-related courses.
• Design, develop, and implement industry-aligned learning activities, materials, and resources.
• Provide personalized learning experiences tailored to each student's needs, offering support throughout the program.
• Actively resolve student queries and issues, offering mentorship and guidance.

Curriculum and Content Development:

• Contribute to curriculum development and improvements as per requirements.
• Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison with partner universities for examinations, student evaluations, and curriculum-related discussions

Classroom Management and Teaching:

• Teach in classrooms of 70–100 students, ensuring high engagement and effective learning outcomes.
• Continuously develop and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that inspires student learning.

Instructor Training and Development:

• Handle instructor training and upskilling efforts in Mathematics subjects.
• Conduct training sessions and consolidate instructor performance data for analysis.
• Provide actionable feedback to instructors to improve teaching quality and content delivery.

Content Delivery and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure effective content delivery management across campuses and support with session quality and student outcomes.

Willing to relocate to Hyderabad for training - after training posting will be in below locations
