We are assisting a fast-growing technology company in hiring a Paralegal / Legal Operations Associate to join their legal team in Mumbai.This role would be 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 for: Individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable with administrative and coordination work in a professional legal setup.Candidates who enjoy structured work like document management, tracking, and process follow-ups, and want exposure to corporate legal, secretarial, and compliance functions.What we’re looking for:Based in Mumbai1–3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in-house legal executiveStrong legal acumen with excellent organisational and communication skills𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Calendar updates and meeting invites for the team, co-ordinating with Admin team for travel Arrangements scheduling conference calls based on internal and external availabilityManaging Intern onboarding (introduction, SOP familiarisation, finalising certificates etc.)Undertaking basic legal research and preparing legal notesResponsible for general administrative work as needed to support the Legal Team (i.e. gap analysis, contract management, maintaining local records, etc.) Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives that may be allocated from time to timeInterested professionals can write to prachi@vahura.com.
