Firewall, Overall Website Security Management of E-mail Server - Gmail, Rediffmail etc.Ecommerce Platforms (WooCommerce): Knowledge of popular ecommerce plugins for product management, payments, and shipping.Database Management: Basic understanding of databases used by WordPress, MySQL, Plugin development, jQuery API Integration: API Development and IntegrationPerformance monitoring: Tracking server performance metrics like CPU usage, memory utilization, and network bandwidth to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize performance. Technical support: Troubleshooting server issues, resolving client queries related to hosting services, and providing technical guidance on website management. Backup and disaster recoveryContent Management System (CMS): Technical Support to team members in CMS platforms.Technology Integration : AI tools, Analytics, Chatbot - Meta etcHosting Management: optimal performance and resource allocation; requiring technical expertise in server administration, network management, and security protocols to maintain uptime and stability across various hosting environments.Hosting Technologies: Shared hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Cloud hosting (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP), LAAS, SAAS, PAAS, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated serversServer provisioning: Setting up new hosting accounts, allocating server resources, and configuring server environments based on chosen hosting type. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript​: Ability to modify website design and functionality using these core web development languagesDevelopment: Front-end development management & Back-end development management, Working with GutenbergPayment Gateways: Understanding of how to integrate payment gateways for secure transactions.Scalability management: Adjusting server resources as needed to accommodate fluctuations in website traffic, especially for cloud-based hosting. Search Engine Optimization (SEO / AEO): Understanding SEO / AEO principles to  improve website visibility. Analytics: Various website analytics data tools to understand traffic behavior.PHP Development: Advanced customization and plugin development may require PHP knowledge.Graphic Design: Basic understanding of design principles can be helpful for creating visually appealing elements.Additional Tech Skills - Knowledge in Social Media would be a preferred qualificationSoft Skills:Problem-solving: Ability to identify and fix website issues efficiently.Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in maintaining website accuracy and functionality.Critical Thinking: Analyzing website performance and suggesting improvements.Communication: Clearly explaining technical concepts to clients.Learning Agility: Keeping up-to-date with the evolving WordPress, ecommerce landscape, Gen AI tools / Google / MetaFew words about us:  Known across India’s higher education landscape for authenticity, transparency, Campusutra has consistently raised the bar for credible reporting and insightful analysis.
