Under this vertical, we guide MBBS aspirants to secure admissions in globally recognised medical universities. Job Summary We are seeking a result-oriented MBBS Abroad Counsellor to join our Study Abroad vertical. The role requires counselling students and parents on MBBS opportunities abroad, handling end-to-end admissions and visa processes, and ensuring successful student enrolments. The ideal candidate should have counselling experience, excellent communication skills, and strong sales ownership.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions with MBBS aspirants and their parents. ● Explain eligibility, admission procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, visa process, and career outcomes. ● Provide information on top universities, destinations, and pathways (e.g., Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Nepal, etc.). ● Manage student pipeline from enquiry to admission closure. ● Assist students in applications, documentation, and visa filing. ● Collaborate with admissions, operations, and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals. ● Maintain counselling records, trackers, and follow-up reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Graduate / Postgraduate (Medical, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred). ● 1–3 years of counselling experience (MBBS Abroad / Study Abroad industry preferred). ● Strong understanding of MBBS Abroad markets, universities, and admission processes. ● Excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills. ● Target-driven with proven sales/conversion ability. ● Proficiency in CRM tools.

Snapshot ● Own the sales funnel for MBBS Abroad vertical. ● Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. ● Maintain strong counselling-to-admission conversion ratios. ● Ensure 100% follow-up compliance and accurate CRM reporting. ● Deliver high student/parent satisfaction scores through transparent guidance.
