We emphasize meaningful connections and cultural appreciation through interactions with local guides, artists, and traditions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Finance and Accounts to lead our financial operations in our expanding tourism company in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning, management, and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and contributing to strategic growth.*Key Responsibilities:*- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.- Prepare and review Financial Management Reports, CMA, and Business Modules to facilitate decision-making.- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST, and other statutory regulations.- Maintain and monitor internal controls and financial procedures.- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.- Utilize Tally, ERP systems, and other accounting software for accurate financial data management.- Support business development initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis.- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.*Qualifications and Experience:*- Minimum of M.Com, ICWA/CMA, or CA qualification.- 5+ years of proven managerial experience in finance and accounts, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.- Strong knowledge of CMA preparation, business modules, taxation, Tally, ERP, and other finance-related software.- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.*Preferred Skills:*- Experience in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.If you are a proactive finance professional with a passion for growth and excellence, we invite you to apply and join our exciting journey.*To apply:* Please submit your resume detailing your experience and qualifications.
