The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and have good internet research skills.Responsibilities:• Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business activities.• Assist with uploading, updating, and maintaining product information on the e-commerce platform.• Execute TikTok outreach strategies to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with relevant TikTok creators.• Conduct thorough research to shortlist influencers whose audience demographics, content style, and engagement levels align with the brand’s target market.• Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, content, performance, and branding — to ensure influencer activities align with campaign goals and overall business objectives.• Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an e-commerce or social commerce environment.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong internet research abilities with attention to detail.• Basic organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Timings:•Mon to Fri - 12:30 to 9:30 PM(April-October)•Mon to Fri - 1:30 to 10:30 PM(Nov-March)•Saturday - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PMPackage:•2.5 to 4.5 LPA
