Product Specialist (2-7yrs exp)

· Hand-on experience on pharma / projects and preferably with instrumentation background.

· Patience to listen and understand customer queries.

· Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Willing to learn and quickly mingle with the team members.

· Flexible to travel for implementation.

· QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge is added advantage.

· Strong communication and oral skills are required.

· Should be able to lead the project and team.

· Should assist the customer all the way in the project execution

Primary Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate the Caliber products to Customers.

· On-site build Installations and configurations.

· Ensure thorough understanding of the customer requirements.

· Assist delivery lead in Project kickoff and project planning

· Execution of UAT/SAT (User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test)

· Execution of Installation Qualification protocol

· Train the end-users on Caliber Products

· Installation of production build and Database maintenance plan creation

· Onsite support and customer call handling

· Reproduce the reported issues or test case at offshore

· Patch updating and maintenance

· Installation of training, UAT and production builds

· Execution of Operational Qualification

· Support to customer on PQ execution

· Interface Configurations.

· Execute test scripts

· Assist in internal validation of product

· Execute Validation scripts

· Document issues and deviations of on-site validation

· Review validation outputs with customer

· Prepare validation summary Report
