Designation: Senior CopywriterJob Overview: Copywriter / Content WriterWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter / Content Writer who can craft compelling, original, and brand-aligned content across various platforms. The role involves understanding brand guidelines, decoding briefs, and delivering high-quality written content tailored to target audiences. In addition, working knowledge of Hindi and English is required to ensure seamless communication across clients, teams, and platforms.Brand Understanding & Alignment:Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requirements and identity, target audience etc.Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all copy aligns with the brand's identity and valuesContent Creation:Produce high-quality, original, and creative written content that aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and style guidelinesAttend live coverages and shoots based on brand requirementCopywriting: Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, product descriptions, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, blog content, scripts, storyboard etc.Editing and Proofreading: Review and revise copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standardsSEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases to optimize copy for search engines and improve organic visibilityResearch & Analysis:Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectivelyStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative contentMonitor and analyze the performance of copywriting efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future content strategiesTime Management: Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs.
