Job Description : Admissions Sales Representative (Remote – Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome)We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Admissions Sales Representatives in a fully remote role.This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in sales.Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position—we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our admissions process. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.Compensation & Training :Training Period: 30-90 days (online)Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INRPost-Training: Upon successful completionFull-time Salary: ₹65,000 INR per month (40k Fixed + Incentives)Work from the comfort of your home—this is a 100% remote opportunityResponsibilities :Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs.Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.Who Can Apply :Fresh graduates or students in their final yearProfessionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switchStrong verbal communication and relationship-building skillsBasic tech comfort—experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not required⚠Please note: This role is NOT open to experienced sales professionals.
