Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking ambitious and self-driven individuals to build their careers as ERP Consultants at Proso.ai. You will receive training on Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365 Cloud, PeopleSoft or other technologies based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to master ERP systems and stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.
  2. Client Engagement: Assist senior consultants in understanding client requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Attend client meetings to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  3. Implementation Support: Support the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet client needs. Help develop functional specifications and system design documentation.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing, including creating test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify and resolve system issues with the technical team.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in ERP consulting.
